Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am preparing my own divorce (uncontested / simple). The only dilemma is the real estate. My husband Is living on the property, there are 50 acres. since the property has been in his family for awhile I would like to make the agreement that... as long as the property remains in his or his children's name, they may retain it. However, if it is to be sold outside of them, I want my share. I have made all payments on the mortgage since 2001. I'm not sure how to word this part of the settlement. Can you help me?
