Proof of residence

Please advise me how I can find proof that a certain person was living with my Ex-wife. Mailing address?

If you have sent this person mail that was received at the residence where you sent it, such as a certified letter with a return receipt card, that would be considered proof. Or if you were to subpoena the mailman for that route who could testify that he regularly delivered mail to that address for this person, or had a neighbor who could testify that he or she regularly saw this person arrive at the residence daily after what is presumed to be working hours and leave when work would be resumed (whether it is a 9-5 or other type of schedule), then this would tend to prove the person lived there. Even though you wish to prove someone else resided there, the reason you wish to prove that point may be irrelevant to your case or the particular issues. Before you go to too much trouble be sure it is a relevant point that someone else lived with the former spouse.
