Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Provisional hearing

I just filed for divorce in Lake County. I'm doing the paperwork myself without a lawyer. The provisional hearing is not for 4 months. If my husband and I agree on everything, can I just go ahead and file the final papers, waiving both the provisional hearing AND the final hearing? Or do I have to wait until the provisional hearing regardless before proceeding and filing the final papers? I'm anxious to get this done as quickly as possible.

Re: Provisional hearing

Yes, but you have to wait for 60 days after the filing before you can file a waiver and agreement.
