repayment

My husbands exwife was supposet to pay bills with her part of his 401k through the divorce. She has not done it, even though she has received the money. Since part of the money was to repay us for us paying one of the bills she was suppose to pay plus other expenses can we charge her interest on the money she owes us

Does the decree state anything about interest. If not, you will need to obtain a contempt order and have the amount reduced to judgment.
