Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Scared Granny needs advice

My daughter is drinking to much and maybe doing drugs and she has a two year old daughter. The baby's daddy lives in Florida and is a convicted felon. How can my husband and I obtain temporary custody and to make our grown daughter go into rehab for her addictions? I am very scared something bad will happen to my daughter and granddaughter but don't know what I can do legally. I can't afford an attorney at this time. Is there a way to seek custody of my granddaughter without having to have a lot of money? My ex son in law's family are very wealthy and will probably try to fight our trying to get custody of our granddaughter. What can I do? Please help
