Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

this is were I'm at my son will be out of high school in june. we don't talk at all this as been going on for the last 12 years was planing on fileing for emancipation in oct of this year. four mouth after he get out there is talk about collage but not sure hes going. his mother is very controling not not good with keeping me in the loop. he lives at home as a job and a car so i beleave he could be self supporting. but he lives at home and everthing with her is a battle. trying to find out how i can find out if hes inrolled in school finding out thats not easy. I mean after june decided going to file anyway and see were it goes
