underage marriage
I am 16 years old and my boyfriend is 19. We are expecting a child, and my mother is trying to move me to Florida. We want to get married and stay in Indiana. Can I do this without my parents consent if I am pregnant?

You will need consent unless you petition the court for emancipation.
