Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

We are wanting a divorce and we have two kids under the age of 4 and we dont want court or anything and we have already have an agreement with the kids what do i do?

You have to have a court case. However, you do not have to have a hearing and actually go to court. You should contact an attorney to draft the paperwork and he or she will have everything filed in court.
