Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Please help

How can me and my wife obtain gardinship of my neice with out an Attorney. Her parents are all for it they no longer want''the burden'' of her anymore me and my wife have her for noe but we all want it to be finale and permanet.

You will have to go to the Indiana Judiciary web site and research guardianship in the Indiana Code, review the appropriate sections of the Indiana Trial Rules and the local rules for the county in which you intend to file. You might try finding a law library and read the appropriate sections regarding guardianships in Anderson's Probate Law and Forms.
