Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hello, my wife and I are sharing an attourney for our divorce, and the attourney has the phrase "Once the home is refinanced, if it is a cash out refinance, the parties will split the equity 50/50." The issue is, we do not have a large amount of assets to split, except for our home, which we do currently have between $20,000-$30,000 in equity in. I have asked that we split the equity, but the attourney, which is covered thrug my wife's EAP, used the above language. I am not comfortable signing the papers. What do you recommend?

You are not "sharing" a lawyer. Your wife has one; you do not. I advise you hire your own lawyer to look at all of the language; no good lawyer would give you an answer based upn readoing one sentence of the settlement agreement.
