Legal Question in Medical Leave in Indiana
pre-natal visits for father
My b-friend and I are not married but are expecting a baby. Wanting to know if father can get FMLA for prenatal visits and for caring for me once labor starts. We both have the same employer.

Probably not. The FMLA provides for leave to care for an "immediate family member," but not a girlfriend.
