Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

if an auto dealership has you sign the contract to purchase a new car, tells you the car is financed and lets you take it home, only to find out 2 weeks after you've signed that contract and you call the bank who is supposed to be handling your loan and they tell you that you aren't financed through them, then you call the dealership to find out about your financing and they say well,at first you were through that bank but now it looks like another bank has it,but i'll check into it and get back to you.I call them back about a day later and they tell me they switched me to another financial institution without telling me and the terms of the new contract have changed and you'll be paying more at a higher interest rate and an additional 12 months worth of payments,is that considered breach of contract on their part since they messed up and dropped the ball getting me financed?

The answer would depend on whether the written contract has a provision allowing them to seek alternate financing.
