When I bought this boat from the seller I made sure to tell him I only wanted it if it was water ready.
Upon taking it out two days after I bought it the hull took on massive amounts of water and it is not running properly. Can I return the boat for a refund?

Depending on all of the terms and details of the sale, the seller may have the option of fixing the problem. Maybe that's all that it would take. Set up a meeting and discuss this with the seller.
