Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
My boyfriend and I entered into a land home purchase agreement in march of 2007 (indiana)
He recently left me and has no intention of finishing the contract with me.I have the signed and notarized original contract. Can I sue him for breach of contract for 1/2 the remainding balance.

I am not sure what you mean. Are you buying from him? Is he buying from you? Is your contract with him and the two of you were buying from someone else?
