Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

company layability

my soon to be ex-wife and one of her co-workers used company phone equipment to record her and I. there was 2 tapes the first one was by Indiana law illegal, as nether one of us knew about it till after. the second one she new about before hand or shortly after. I had made a sexual harassment compliant to the company weeks before so they new those Two had issues working together but allowed them to work together anyway. Now I'm on trumped up charges for battery over these tapes. would I have any grounds to come back on the company, my ex-wife and her co-worker for the damages this has caused me? I have lost my job over it, but yet I am getting custody of our 3 children. thank you for any help you can offer

Re: company layability

I doubt that you have a cause of action against the company unless you can prove that the ocmpany knew about what was going on in terms of the recording.

Based on the submission, the company has no liability for the "trumped up battery".
