Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana
I am trying to get my deposit back that I put down on a rental property,I am unable to take the place at this time but the landlord won't refund my deposit. I only signed an application and paid the deposit I didn't sign a lease so how do I get the deposit money back. He is saying he doesn't have to refund it.
