i found a mouse in my take out food
can i sue the restraunt? i went to a mexican food restraunt and got a take out order. when i got home and opened it there was a mouse floating dead in the salsa. what should i do?

If you became ill, you have a case. Do not throw the mouse out!

Depends on your ability to prove your case. Any witnesses? Also, damages would be a real issue here. If you ate some of the food, then you certainly have a claim, but if not, then your claim would be rather limited.
