Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Motion Activitated camera pointing at my property

I have a neighbor who has set up a motion activitated camera to take pictures of dogs entering his yard. The camera is pointing toward my house and when I or my ten year old grandsom walks down our property line it automatically snaps pictures.

I feel as though this is an invasion of privacy but he said, ''To Bad, I'm not taking it down or turning if off.''

Legal or illegal? What is my recourse?
