Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

Personal Property dispute

Ex roommate/employer has denied allowing me retrieve personal prop from residence. I won default civil judg. for 6k. Tried to collect thru process server with option to return listed prop in lieu of $$. Ex files motion to set aside cj. Went court on protect order and Judge ordered him to turn over prop. and for me to pick-up. Prop was left outside uncovered/protected in winter weather, furn & prop damaged. Alot prop still missing, some value. Got pics of condition. Also, he has bill of sale for truck he gave me. I have title and registration for same. What's my next move and how do I get all my prop and/or collect judgement? What's law on due diligence of my prop while in his possession? Thank you for help

Go back to Court. He may be in contempt of Court; go back and file Proceeding Supplemental. Tell the Court your story.
