Sex Crime

My x-boyfriends son molested my grand daughter in my home and my daughter is now sueing me, because it happened in my home. I have a court hearing Mon 23, 2009 and I need some help. She has lied to her attorney about just about everything. The kid at the time was 16 and her did time for it. The kid his dad and mother are being sued as well but they have nothing and I owe my house and cars, so they are comming after me. I can send you paper work of any kind if you need it. Thank You

If you have a trial on Monday, you waited way too long to obtain a lawyer. You need to see a lawyer in your community immediately. You can not be helped via internet bulletin board posting, and it certainly sounds like you have assets worth protecting.

How sad, what happened and now a law suit. If you have home owners insurance you need to contact your insurance comapny asap as there may be coverage and they will pay for an attorney. You may feel free to contact me if you wish.
