Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

my ex sued me for alienation of the childrens' affections and lost his case. Judge seemed annoyed that the family therapist said he had informed my ex that there was no evidence of my alienating the kids, but my ex sued me anyway. He lost the case but is asking the court to have me pay his attorney fees. Shouldn't it be ME and not him who is entitled to attorney fees since I was the one sued and therefore compelled to hire an attorney?

If the judge feels that the alienation claim was frivilous, you may be entitled to attorneys fees, or if there is a majore difference between your incoem and your ex's and you make a lot less, you may be entitled to attorneys fees.
