Legal Question in Health Care Law in Indiana

My question to a lawyer is, We have found out that6 years ago my x boyfriend used my soon to be x husbands insuran ce at parkview hopsital in fort wayne indiana. This was done without the knowledge of my soon to be x husband. The x boyfriend{ george Emery] actually had broken the bones in his lower back. He was admitted to the hospital and given to much morphine. He was given 233 mg of morphinr in 5 hours time. He ended up coding and ended up spending 7 days in ICU. He did go home and come back under the name of my soon to be x husbands name (Dan Booth) and use his insurance to have back surgery and all the care that goes along with this surgery. this went on for months. All the while my soon to be x husband(dan booth) had no idea he was using his isurance. George used his issue for surgery, after care, perscription coverage, physical therapy and pain management docotr. he never had a ID with his name.
None of this has been found of but with in a month that george had this surgery Danbooth was fired from his job of 9 years. The had asked him about the back surgery. after they asked him he was fired of course they gave a different reason but we feel that the reason was the huge amount of money the was billed to the insurance. From what I understand this is insurance fraud. Dan booth has NO pre exsisting conditions. If yoiu look at George Emery's medical bills you will see the scar from the surgery he has rods in his back a huge scar on his back and see's pain management monthly.ifb youb were to look at the medical records at park view hospital you will see the rods in his back and you will see the he is 6'7 over300 lbs dan booth is5'9 and about200 lbs. there are several differences between the two and would be very easy to prove that george used dans insurance without permission. We want to get this taken care of and find out what we can do and dan has lost jobs because of this andwe dont feel its fair that george got a free surgery and medical care due to dan insurance. please help us in the next steps we ne.ed to do to help get this under way and have george emery charged with insurance fraudl. George is not a great person as he has 6 warents for driving with no licence and causing an accent. please help us
