as h4 holder in process of green card by husband's company with h1b sponsored but separated already and leaving with someone else and had baby born in usa, how can the h4 visa holder straight her situation?

You need to provide more information about yourself and your situation.

If you will get divorced from H-1B visa holder, you will be out of status.

Who are you living with? Is he a US citizen?
