Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
AIG, myself, and 2 other was being sued by my ex-husband if the case got dismissed for the other 2 parties is it possible for my ex-husband to continue the case even if it was dismissed.

A dismissal as to some parties may not terminate the lawsuit. The suing party may be able to proceed against the parties which were not dismissed.
