Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
I am in my forties and have a seven year old son. My husband just passed away in Dec. We will recieve his social securtiy payments of course But I am still half a million dollars in hospital debts,after insurance paid their part. What legal recouse do I have? I can not pay all this. Is there some help for me out there? Where?

The hospital usually forgives those debts.
