Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
I got hurt at work. A day later I wnet to the hospital and called later that day to notify my employer that I was in the hospital due to hurting myself at work the day prior. My personal ins. paid the claim and now they are trying to re-coup the money from the workers comp. ins. If they cant re-coup their money can I be held liable for re=payment? Thanks!
