Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana

I am a photographer and another photographer took my logo off my images and placed their logo on them claiming they took images. I have filed in small claims court. I am trying to get images removed online. I am being told I need a court order that enjoins the other party from engaging in infringing activity. Where Do I obtain this in Indiana. I called a local Lawyer and he said I did not need this and do write a take down order. Please help clear up what I need to do in this matter.

As a Franchise Attorney I can advise the following. When you go into small claims court, ask the judge for an injunction. You can then send this to the online site. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
