Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana

Can you sell handcrafted items that use materials made by a name brand company? Specifically, Swarovski makes beads. They are sold at actual bead stores and online bead websites. Often these websites sell them wholesale, so it seems like they can be used in items made to sell, but I want to be sure.

Thank you.

In general, the answer to your question is probably "yes"; however, there are some notable exceptions to that answer. You need to sit down with a trademark attorney and discuss your anticipated use of these materials fully with him/her to determine whether those exceptions apply to you.
