Changing an Employees Time card

Is it legal for an employer to take away hours that were worked by an employee and not pay them because the hours were not ''OK'ed'' by management?

Absolutely not. Although I need more details to know for sure, your employer may be in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (overtime and minimum wage) and/or the Indiana Wage Statute. Please feel free to contact me at 317-955-9500 to further discuss.
