Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

The company I work wants to use my image in a monthly distributed document. I refused to allow my picture being taken for this purpose. My boss walked into my office and snapped a picture, fully disregarding how I felt.

I work in a steel mill as an engineer. There is no logical necesity for them to show my image. Can I stop the company's use of my image? Is there a law on the books that I can refer to them why they cannot use my image?

No law. However, if you are in a union you may want to discuss the situation with your local rep as there may be something in the CBA that would prohibit this.
