Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

i believe i was terminated as a result of a retalieation for going to Human Resources to file a complaint against my supervisor - what are my options for wrongful termination? i work in Indiana but live in Illinois

It depends on what you complained about. There are some laws in place within the framework of the Civil Rights statutes that make it a violation of the law to retaliate against an employee for his or her complaints against a supervisor, where those complaints are based on violations of that employee's civil rights.
