Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana
I broke my lease where i lived last year and paid them 1 month rent 780 plus my 500 dollar deposit to break the lease. When i lived there we had all kinds of problems pretty serious ones too that is what eventually caused us to break the lease.Now they taking me to court for 500 more dollars on top of what i paid them for early termination.What can i do?
