Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana

My Grandmother is allowing my father and his wife to live in her home, that she (my grandmother) does not live in, while they get back on their feet with bills and get a chance to find their own home. Recently my father is having marital problems and his wife has begun destroying expensive things, such as music equipment (my father is in a band), televisions, collectible items, and many more personal belongings of my father. My father wants to get a divorce, but in the meantime he has nowhere else to go and he wants to kick his wife out. They have lived in my grandmothers house in Indiana for around 3 months now. They pay no rent, and have no lease. How difficult will it be for my grandmother, who also doesn't want her there, to kick her out. Thank you.
