Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Indiana

Renter's Rights

Does the property management company have to give you notice that they are going to file for eviction if you do not pay your rent?

I thought they were supposed to give you 72 hours to allow you to pay the past due amount & any fees before they actually filed.

Thank you

Re: Renter's Rights

Your rental agreement controls here. The standard agreement I know has a grace period of so many days. So read the rental agreement but there is no statute requiring 72 hours notice.
