Constitutional violation
Maybe or maybe not but nonetheless....can a former prosecutor that tried a case hear the same case on issue's such as: court orders,arrest and adjustments to the findings or judgements made in the case; now as a judge?

NO He cannot. If a mention is made on the bench he must post the matter before another court. Possible this should be put in writing. If this goes no the Local / Federal Chief Judicial officer should be contacted.
