Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Indiana

As a plaintiff.....if you do not feel that the prosecuting attorney doesn't have your best interest or isn't giving the utmost attention or "give a damn" to your case. What avenues do you have to pursue with regards to changing venue or possibly even the prosecuting attorney???

There are no "plaintiffs' when a prosecutor is involved. The prosecutor represents the State of Indiana. If you are talking about a deputy prosecutor, yo ucan complain to hsi or he supervisor.

If the actual prosecutor, you can do what you can to see that he or she is not reelected. Depending on the circumstances, you might be able to file a complaint before the Attorney Disciplinary Commision, although I am unaware of any such complaints based on facts similar to what you have posted.
