Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana
i was assaulted in my sleep by my neighbor, i was struck in the head with a large rock. the wasvery rude and tols the er people that i was drunk.. i wasn't! the dr. put some glue on my head and told me to hold my nose closed and go home. there were no injuries to my nose but blood kept pouring out. i walked { staggered} 1.5 miles home ,but passed out on someones porch . 6 hours later the police found me in a coma, i was taken back to the hospital and then flown to amajor hospital for immediate brain surgery, i had an epidural hematoma.. do i have a case of misdiagnosis. no x rays or ct scans were done only glascow coma scale
