Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana

February of 2008 I had stents placed in my heart. I was supposed to have another one but the surgeon puntured my femoral artery which caused internal bleeding. Would this be a cause to file a lawsuit?

I am sorry to hear about your experieince. It may or may not. From a practical stand point probably not. Medical malpractice cases are very difficult and quite expensive so damages have to be very very significant with long lasting injuries to consider filing. You did not discuss how significant and how long term your injury was so it is difficult to say yes or no to your question.
