Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Indiana

I am interested in finding out if there are any lawsuits out against the company that puts out the Essure birth control? I am 20 weeks pregnant. I have a fybroid that is growing because of my pregnancy due to hormone levels, and will be finding out soon if I will have to take shots of progesterone. I will probably have to take these in order to keep from going into labor. As of now I have 4 healthy children, but was most assured that this was even more effective than having my tubes tied. If the manufacturer is a public company, I believe that they would have to provide that information to the SEC.
