Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

daughter fell at wal-mart

my 10 year old daughter fell on her right hand at wal-mart last night, we took her to the ER. The ER doc told us that he cannot rule out a possible fracture and we have to see an ortho surgeon this week for a possible cast. What is Wal-mart responsible for? She said she was wet when she got up, it had been raining outside, no wet floor signs and she was 300 feet into the store, past the registers when she fell. Thank you.
