Can a lawsuit be filed against parties giving false information in a 302 which eventually caused substantial finanicial losses?

If false tesimony was given under oath, then bring this to the attention of the court or administrative body with the supporting evidence.

That person may then face a charge of perjury. It may also result in the court setting aside it's previous ruling regarding the issue impacted.
