Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

My ex-boyfriend was charged with assult, battery, strangulation, and resisting arrest against me. I was nine monthes pregnant when it happened and Im just trying to figure out what charges do you think could be dropped and what do you think they could sentence him to?

I am not sure that I understand your question as you state that he was charged...resisting arrest against you. Were you both charged? If just him, this is something that you need to discuss with the prosecutor as a citizen does not determine whether charges are to be dropped.
