Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

My soon to be ex-husband infected me with STD's due to at least one affair during our 9 year marriage. Do I have any legal recourse?

I am sorry to hear about your situation. You may have a case. However, there are a number of factors involved including whether the disease is curable. If it is not HIV or Herpes, you will not have very significant damages and will be unlikely to find an attorney to pursue the matter. If you do have HIV or Herpes, there may be significant damage.
