Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

Failure to state a claim

Recently, I represented myself Pro Se. I was sued for 1300 dollars for an auto accident. State Farm is suing me for the money they paid out. I counter claimed and now got a filed reply from an attorney that stated "I failed to state a claim" and there fore my counter claim should be thrown out and he should be awarded the money. What claim should i have stated?

RE: Pro Se Defense in Auto Accident Claim

The "claim" is the reasoning behind your counter claim. Were you insured at the time of the accident? There are many questions that need to be addressed in order to determine what steps you should take.
