Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana
I was a not at fault driver in a hit and run (he ran not me). I realize that my insurance will end up paying for my expenses, but should they pay it under the collision provision or the uninsured/underinsured?

Generally speaking, collision applies to expenses related to the damage to your car, the uninsured to the perosnal injuries.
