Food Poison

A few day's ago I went to a resturant

and ate.I have been sick ever since. I even went to the hospital were I was later told about my possible food poison.I have some of the food left and hospital paper work.Do I Have A Case?

Legally, possibly. Practically, not likely. One trip to the hospital with nothing else makes your damages to small to pursue, especially if you are insured.
