Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

Someone hit my parked car and neither one of us have insurance and there is a police report...I seen it and hardly any of her information is on it and my car is totaled I can not get a hold of the detective I have tried for two weeks now what do I do?

What do you WANT to do? Are you looking to sue her for damages? Then do so once you have the amount you have lost, meaning the cost of repair or replacement of the vehicle. The detective has nothing to do with it, other than he/she might give you an address for the summons to your complaint. Also, get insurance, since you were driving illegally if you drove the car to that parking space without insurance.
