Legal Question in Personal Injury in Indiana

If my husband files a suit jointly for loss of companionship due to my injury in Indiana, will the pain and suffering be written to me or both in a check. My main concern here if he decides he wants a divorce since he was included in suit is he in titled to any money?

Pain and suffering is only specified in a jury verdict form. Similarly, his claim for loss of consortium will be specified. If your case settles, the attorneys can probably specify what is for you and what is for him. If he proves his loss and you prove that the defendant in your case is responsible, your husband is entitled to compensation.
