In Indiana, if a bar almost daily over serves a patron and that patron hurts themself badly due to their over intoxication, is that bar held liable?

Each case depends on its own circumstances. It's hard for an inebriated customer to win compensation for his own injuries because he would be held accountable for his own comparative/contributory negligence in participating in the drinking.
