If your employment meets certain conditions you are entitled to workmen's compensation benefits, which include not only medical care costs but possibly reimbursement for time off work to a certain level and an award for any permanency of injury that you sustain. You should consult with a workmen's compensation attorney.

If you are properly classified as an employee, you MUST be covered by Workers' Compensation. Consult a local Workers' Compensation attorney ASAP!
